Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

CocoNeeki (Uneekycreative LLC) requires full payment upfront before any design work begins. Payment is due immediately upon contract signing (or within 3 business days). Once payment is received, your project will begin, and the timeline will be based on your selected package.

 

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project after payment but before the contract start date and before any work has been completed, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

 

Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work on your project has started, cancellations are subject to the following:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the work and wish to cancel, you will receive a 50% refund. This reflects the time, effort, and resources invested in your project.

 

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in your project is based on your selected package. Revisions allow you to request changes to the design until you are satisfied with the final result. Additional revisions beyond your package allowance may incur extra fees.

 

Project Completion

A project is considered complete after all agreed-upon revisions have been finished and final files have been delivered to you.

 

No Refunds After Final Delivery

Once final files have been delivered and the project is marked as complete, no refunds will be issued. Please review all work carefully during the revision process.

 

Right to Terminate

CocoNeeki reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason. In the event we terminate the contract, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
